About The Position:

As the Director of Finance at The HOTH, you'll be the right hand to our CFO and an integral part of our finance crew. We need a strategic thinker with a knack for numbers, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple businesses like a pro.

This is a brand-new position and will report directly to our CFO!

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the CFO to develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial plans
• Managing our global cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable teams
• Overseeing the monthly close process across multiple business units
• Ensuring all accounts are reported accurately and timely
• Updating and streamlining financial reporting
• Assisting during the annual audit
• Facilitating and monitoring integrations with the ERP
• Assisting with ad hoc and monthly reporting for the executive team
• Helping to prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations

This is a full-timeopportunity located in Downtown St. Petersburg, FL. This role is required to report to the office for the first 6 months of employment, after which a perk of 2 remote days per week will be earned.

We’re looking to fill this role in the coming weeks. All candidates must be available to start within that time frame.

About You (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Experience with private equity-owned companies or diverse business portfolios is a plus!
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
• Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Office products
• Strong Excel skills (We might ask you what your favorite formula is during the interview…)
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Experience managing or working with a global team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
